Transportation
From Airport to UCSD:
UCSD graduate students will meet you at the San Diego airport and take you to your hotel. Please email Samie sromanin@ucsd.edu your flight itinerary, so she can coordinate your pick-up.
Workshop Transportation:
La Jolla Shores Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for its guests. For transportation to and from UCSD please utilize this shuttle. The shuttle is limited to 7 passengers at a time, so please plan accordingly. The first shuttle will depart at 7:15a.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
Parking
A permit is always required if you wish to park on the UCSD campus during the week and may be purchased for $7 a day at several locations. [link]
Map
From I-5, Exit La Jolla Village Drive.
Head west on La Jolla Village Drive.
Turn right at the first light past the freeway on Villa La Jolla Drive.
Turn right at the second light on Gilman Drive.
Turn left at the stop sign onto Voigt Drive
At the intersection past Canyonview Pool.
turn right (still on Voigt Drive).
Continue on Voigt Drive and Atkinson Hall will be the building on the
left before Engineers Lane.
